Languages
If the customer needs more (or fewer) languages than the default, you can follow the procedures below to add or remove languages. After adding or removing languages, the new language information is downloaded from the SAP server in the next refresh cycle.
Standard languages
A basic installation of Angles for SAP includes the following languages:
English (default)
Dutch
French
German
Spanish
All objects, fields, Angles, Templates, and help files that are part of the default installation of Angles for SAP are available in these languages. Objects, fields, and help files that are part of a customer-specific configuration may not be available in all languages. If there is no translation available, the default language will be used. If you want to know if a language is available for a specific model, go to Languages per model.
The following components are affected by adding or removing a language:
Label categories (see Label categories)
Welcome page (see Welcome Page)
Language settings in the User Defaults
Adding a language
Click Add Language.
Select the language from the drop-down list in the table.
Click Save in the top right corner.
Navigate to the model for which you want to enable the added language via
→ → .Enable the language and click Save.
Repeat the two previous steps for each model for which you want to enable the new language.
Adding a language will only make SAP objects and fields available in this language. The Angles for SAP content will not be available in the added language. The new language will be visible after the next Refresh cycle.
Tip
The new language is available in the Angle Details for all Angles. Validated Angles need to be validated again before they contain the new language.
