Adding privilege labels when publishing
To add a privilege label to an Angle, a Dashboard, or a Template
Execute the item and click

to open the Publish settings dialog box.If these buttons are not available, you are not allowed to add privilege labels.
In the Privilege labels section, click + next to the label category and click the labels you want to add, or click x to delete a label.
Click Save to save these labels in the item, or click Publish/Unpublish to both save the labels and publish/unpublish the item.
Note
A red asterisk indicates that the privilege label is mandatory for publication.
The 
icon indicates that the label cannot be used in published items.
