To change the Dashboard name and description

Execute the Dashboard (see Executing a Dashboard). The Dashboard results page opens.
There are three methods to open the Dashboard description:
- On the Details pane, on the the Dashboard tab, click in the Description section.
- At the top of the Details pane, click next to the Dashboard name.
- Click next to the Dashboard name in the breadcrumbs of the Action bar.
The Dashboard description dialog box opens.
Depending on your permissions, you can edit the following Dashboard characteristics:
- ID - By default, every Angles for SAP item gets a unique, random ID. You can change this ID to a more human-readable phrase if you are authorized to do so.
- Languages - You can make a Dashboard available in multiple languages by adding them here. A Dashboard must have a name and a description in the additional language.
- Name - It is important to give your Dashboard a clear and concise name. This makes it easier to identify at a glance what the Dashboard is about.
- Description - Add a clear description of the data that the Dashboard uses and what it presents to the viewer.
Click Save to save the Dashboard description.
